_Why we believe that standard IT is in a tight spot

These days, the anonymous software partner for industry is often nothing more than a reference number in the support ticketing system of a major American software corporation. Sales representatives promise numerous features in glossy brochures, but once the system has been rolled out, the competent experts disappear on a plane – and, unfortunately, this always seems to happen precisely when essential, far-reaching adjustments to the physical machine terminal are urgently needed in the rigours of day-to-day production. At tetys, we’re convinced that this is where a genuine partnership really begins.

_Why we believe that standard IT is in a tight spot

These days, the anonymous software partner for industry is often nothing more than a reference number in the support ticketing system of a major American software corporation. Sales representatives promise numerous features in glossy brochures, but once the system has been rolled out, the competent experts disappear on a plane – and, unfortunately, this always happens precisely when essential, far-reaching adjustments to the physical machine terminal are urgently needed in the rigours of day-to-day production. That is simply not the philosophy we practise here at tetys.

Stability built on decades of experience

Our roots lie in the companies FLS and GRP, which were founded in the 1970s in the vicinity of RWTH Aachen University and grew through innovative software in the fields of MES and APS. These companies merged to form tetys and provide the constantly evolving foundation for tetys companion – the modular software for production planning and control.

Dedicated and reliable points of contact

Our down-to-earth consultancy advice is developed on the often noisy factory floor, not in the isolated, air-conditioned boardroom. As engineers and production planners, we speak with genuine conviction, using the direct and clear language of the plant manager and the shift supervisor on the production line.
