_Your warehouse logistics running like clockwork.
A shortage of materials affects machine operation, whilst overfilled material buffers result in excessively high stockholding costs. With tetys companion MES intralogistics, you can manage buffers, forklift trucks and AGVs to meet demand precisely, in line with the rhythm of your machinery fleet.

_Important announcement: There will be no forklift chaos on the shop floor today.
Shuttle trains or forklift operators often rotate from line to line on a random basis. If the timing of material supply is not precisely aligned with the actual progress of the production line (and only rough ERP planned delivery times are taken into account), either vast quantities of semi-finished products pile up around the production line, or skilled workers have to ring the logistics team when a changeover is due.

_Shop floor logistics based on the just-in-time principle
The MES system is aware of every machine status. We use this knowledge to synchronise our intralogistics with incredible efficiency.
Uninterrupted power supply to machinery
Thanks to the direct link between production data acquisition and logistics, the system dispatches the material train at the exact moment the reserve quantity at the production line reaches the safety stock level.
Elimination of empty runs
Thanks to the system, your industrial trucks are always operating in the correct sequence. All clients submit their actual transport requirements in real time, centrally via the companion MES, directly from their workstations at the touch of a button.
A cleaner, safer shop floor
Instead of expensive buffer zones, which merely tie up capital and block escape routes, provide only the materials that are actually required.
Inside the Code
Organization of Production Logistics
Your production staff can request a logistics service (e.g., pickup of a goods container by a forklift) via MES intralogistics with the push of a button. Logistics staff can see all pending requests, along with the associated metadata (workstation/machine, active production order, bill of materials), in a clear, at-a-glance view, allowing them to optimize the planning of their routes. When a request is accepted by a logistics staff member, it is automatically removed from the parent overview and added to that staff member’s route overview. Alternatively, the module can also automatically generate corresponding transport orders for your Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) system.

_Just-in-time delivery rather than a scramble for forklift trucks
Ensure safety for the production line and warehouse.
