Organize your staff’s qualifications using a skills matrix. The module is linked to production planning and imports the required personnel per workstation/machine according to your schedule. Optionally, you can allocate available staff per shift to individual workstations or machines. On a web-based monitor, workers can see at a glance who is assigned where during the current shift and who is currently logged in at which workstation. Workers log in at the individual workstations via the web-based production data acquisition (PDC) terminal using a PIN or conveniently via an RFID chip—this also allows you to record actual working hours.
