The following tasks await you:

  • Supporting our customers from the automotive supplier sector and the plastics processing industry in the application of our MES and PPS solutions in first and second level support using our Jira ticket system
  • Commissioning and administration of our MES and PPS solutions
  • Carrying out application tests and updates
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting via remote maintenance
  • Support in conducting workshops to explain the functionalities of the existing MES and PPS solutions to customers

What you should bring with you:

  • a good technical and procedural understanding and enjoy analytical thinking
  • a reliable and goal-oriented way of working and enjoy working in a teama
  • high degree of initiative, willingness to communicate and a strong customer focus as well as the willingness to be yourself, because our team thrives on lively and open interaction with each other

Advantages are:

  • Experience or enthusiasm in dealing with MES and/or PPS systems
  • Technical experience in database systems and good general IT knowledge
  • Interest in incorporating customer enhancement requests in the form of specifications for existing MES and PPS solutions
  • Professional experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in the automotive supplier sector or in the plastics processing sector
  • Experience in dealing with Jira Service Management and
  • Completed vocational training and/or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
