New product line for tetys

tetys acquires TriMiTi product line from Munich-based company Nexustec and further expands its product portfolio in the area of shop floor management.

The acquisition strengthens tetys' portfolio, particularly in the areas of quality assurance and error detection.

Aachen, 7 January 2026 – tetys GmbH & Co. KG, a specialist in shop floor digitalisation and provider of MES solutions for manufacturing companies, has acquired the entire TriMiTi product range from Nexustec AG with immediate effect. This strategic move significantly expands tetys' offering and integrates the proven work support and quality control system into its own platform. The acquisition not only secures the long-term further development of the product portfolio, but also enables Nexustec customers and partners to benefit from tetys' expanded service and support structures.

With the acquisition, tetys takes over all rights and the associated customer base of TriMiTi. The system optimally complements tetys' existing MES system, as it offers specialised solutions for error detection and worker guidance. Deep integration into the tetys environment creates a continuous data flow for customers, from detailed planning to precise quality control at the workplace.

The team will accompany the migration and provide technical support to ensure a smooth transition. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
