The following tasks await you:
- Supporting existing customers from the automotive supplier sector and the plastics processing industry in the use of our MES and PPS solutions,
- Regular workshops to explain the functionalities of the existing MES and PPS solutions to customers,
- recording and conceptualizing customer requests for enhancements to the existing MES and PPS solutions and
- Supporting the maintenance and further development of the existing software with the aim of continuously improving our software.
What you should bring with you:
- a good technical and procedural understanding and enjoy analytical thinking,
- a high degree of willingness to communicate and enjoy dealing with customers and
- the willingness to be yourself, because our team thrives on being lively and open with each other.
Advantages are:
- Professional experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in the automotive (supplier) industry or in the plastics processing sector,</li
- experience or enthusiasm in dealing with MES and/or PPS systems and
- completed vocational training as an industrial clerk with several years of professional experience and/or studies in mechanical engineering, process management, aerospace engineering.
