Supporting existing customers from the automotive supplier sector and the plastics processing industry in the use of our MES and PPS solutions,
Regular workshops to explain the functionalities of the existing MES and PPS solutions to customers,
recording and conceptualizing customer requests for enhancements to the existing MES and PPS solutions and
Supporting the maintenance and further development of the existing software with the aim of continuously improving our software.

a good technical and procedural understanding and enjoy analytical thinking,
a high degree of willingness to communicate and enjoy dealing with customers and

Professional experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in the automotive (supplier) industry or in the plastics processing sector,</li
experience or enthusiasm in dealing with MES and/or PPS systems and
completed vocational training as an industrial clerk with several years of professional experience and/or studies in mechanical engineering, process management, aerospace engineering.
