DISQTrust is a brand of the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), which has been objectively and data-based evaluating companies in Germany with regard to their service performance for almost two decades.

The evaluation was based on a differentiated catalog of criteria. Among other things, the assessment examined how customers recommend the company, how convincing its online presence is, what digital services are available, and how responsive and competent its customer service is. tetys demonstrated above-average performance in all areas.

Overall, the company impressed particularly with its high level of customer satisfaction and a well-designed, user-friendly website. The digital services offered are comprehensive, up-to-date, and intuitive to use – from initial contact for information to support in day-to-day business.
